All remaining concrete work was complete, including sidewalks, swales and curbs. Wood and chain-link fencing was complete in applicable locations.
Trees were planted around Riverwood Estates.
Lot servicing, such as asphalt and sewage, was complete. Following the completion of other concrete work, asphalt on Riverwood Rise was also finished.
Construction was complete on the Riverwood Estates Tot-Lot playground.
By fall 2011, the retaining wall and final grading on the storm pond were completed. Grass seeding began shortly thereafter. Remaining access roads were completed.
Utilities such as electrical, cable and phone were completed on the highly demanded luxury estate lots of Riverwood Rise.
We were pleased to welcome our newest builder partner, Compass Rose Homes, to Riverwood Estates. The Grand Opening of their showhome is scheduled for March 1, 2012.
